Sue

Photographer

With over 20 years of experience in photography and 24 years of working with children, I have dedicated my career to capturing genuine moments and authentic smiles. As a parent of three, I know first‐hand how to bring out the best in kids, making them feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. My passion for photography goes beyond just taking pictures—I strive to create lasting memories that families and schools will cherish for years to come. Whether it's a playful grin or a proud school portrait, I bring patience, expertise, and a personal touch to every session.

Outside of work, I stay closely connected to my community by being an active member of my children’s schools PTA and Working Parents' groups, including organising events and fundraising for vital school funds. I also support new mums and babies through a local support group, offering encouragement and friendship in those early stages of parenthood. When I’m not behind the lens or volunteering, I love spending quality time with my friends and family—whether it’s a simple catch-up, a walk in the park, a fun day trip or a night out together. These connections inspire and ground me, both personally and professionally.

I'm a proud mum to two amazing girls, one of whom is neurodivergent, & let me tell you, that journey has taught me all about patience, empathy, & the wonderful ways children see the world. Photography has been my passion since I was a kid, my grandfather was the one who first showed me the ropes, & I've been hooked ever since. I started my creative career with a Fine Arts Degree before fully diving into the world of photography, where I trained with a national portrait company.

From there, I teamed up with Sue to start our own photography business (best decision ever. I've known her longer than my husband, so you know it's meant to be!). When I'm not busy behind the camera, you'll find me deeply involved in my community. I work closely with my daughters' school through the PTA & volunteer at my local church with the children's groups. I'm all about finding that perfect balance between family, photography & giving back, & I always aim to make a positive impact wherever I go.
